An insurance policy is in place with Toastmasters International providing cover at meetings in District 71 up to the following limits: General Liability each occurrence - $1,000,000
Damage to rented premises (each occurrence) - $100,000
Medical Expenses (any one person) - $5,000
Personal Injury - $1,000,000 Liability coverage is in effect as long as you are engaged in official Toastmaster business. This includes club meetings, officer training, speech contests and conferences. If you participate in activities that are not normally part of the educational programmes coverage stops. For example, if you have a booth at a shopping mall to introduce people to Toastmasters, coverage is in effect as long as your activities are limited to answering questions and distributing material about Toastmasters.

1. Name and full address of the venue to be insured
2. Your name, email address, postal address and telephone number
3. The Club name, number and District (71)
4. Any other special information you require on the certificate
5. Your fax number if you would like the certificate to be faxed
