Equipping Voices Toastmasters was chartered on November 25th, 2013.

 Living Waters Toastmasters changed our name to Equipping Voices because our membership comes from many different churches in the Bulverde, Spring Branch and Canyon Lake Area.

When the Bulverde Library started construction and expansion, we lost our Gavel Club room at that library and we needed to find another location. We were most fortunate after a 4 months search to find Believer's Christian Fellowship.

Presently we are working on rebuilding the club membership after the loss of membership due to the move.   

We are here to help every member achieve the reason for being in Toastmasters.  Most want to gain more confidence in communication and leadership skills.  We are using the Toastmasters Pathways Education Program.  Toastmasters International website says it sucinctly:
