The Top Gun Toastmasters Club resides on the campus of Northrop Grumman Coporation in Sunnyvale, California.  This corporate facility was a part of Westinghouse Electric Company when the Club was chartered in June 1979.

The Club 4004 was officially named "Circle Bar W" until the name "Top Gun" was adopted around the time of the Northrop Grumman 1996 acquisition of Westinghouse Electric.

Guests are welcome.  Non-employees must be US citizens, must bring government issued photo identification; and should arrive at the 401 E Hendy Ave security office by 11:15am prior to any Club meeting for escort in.  Non-employees must contact the Top Gun Club for company security processing, several business days prior to visit.  Non-employees are not permitted to be in possession of electronic devices at the facility, which may be left at the security desk on arrival, and reclaimed on departure.

Social media links like Facebook or Twitter are not accessible from the facility, and hence do not exist for this club.

To preview Top Gun Club meetings and Calendar events, please visit the easy-speak links above for Meetings.  Historical meeting information has been added with limited details for dates prior to July 2015.

As a Club within a company environment, it is understood that work-related demands have precedence and may interfere with precise time of arrival into and/or departure from a given Club meeting.  In those situations if at all possible, please contact the VPE and/or Toastmaster so that The Club might modify its agenda sequence to accomodate your schedule needs.  Top Gun is here to provide service and educational opportunities for the Northrop Grumman Sunnyvale community.

The Toastmasters Mission
A statement of shared values

Every Toastmasters club shares the same mission, clearly defined in the following mission statement:

We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club's purpose, and the organization as a whole benefits from a shared set of values and goals.
