We use Easy Speak and I do believe the system works quite well when setting up meeting agendas.

The issue I have a lot of concern with is for new members who are yet to setup for a particular Pathway.  I find I can't enter them into the Agenda until I "select" the member a particular pathway.  While this is not detrimental to the end result of the member performing their speech, I would think toastmasters idea is just to get new feel part of the toastmaster team and easily enter up to the first three speeches before a particular Pathway is set.

We are now celebrating the 10th anniversary of easy-Speak club management system.

It was on the 4th May 2005, at a meeting of Bicester Speakers in the UK, that I first presented a very simple version of what we now know as easy-Speak.
