He plays one of two disturbed Scottish fence builders who may or may not be bumping off English people in order to supply sausages for school dinners. Already, Whishaw - with the disturbed co-lead in My Brother Tom, Grenouille in Perfume and now a fence builder with a penchant for butchery - is developing a nice sideline in cinematic sickos. Long may it continue.
