When someone volunteers for a role online, as VP-E, I get a notification e-mail. Is it possible to set things up so that the chairman / meeting manager also gets that e-mail?

Anyone can get the notification if they go to the agenda and click on the link 'Watch this meeting for changes' at the bottom left of the screen.
(This is automatic for the meeting manager)

Ok, but is there a way to get the meeting manager notified without having to get whoever is running the meeting for the week to manually go and watch that meeting? The less I have to get my club's members to do manually, the more happy they'll be with the system.

If you make someone the meeting manager the notification is set automatically.

I've added a request to the programming list that the TME or GE should also be set for notifications during the role allocation process - but this will have to be an optional setting by club since it depends on the way that the club runs its meetings.

Interesting... the meeting manager for our upcoming meeting told me that she hasn't been receiving any notifications.

She would only receive a notification when something changes:

EVERY time someone refuses a role,
The FIRST time someone accepts a role or volunteers on-line for a role since she last looked at the agenda
Any time someone uses the allocation screen.
