Yes, and the converse - notifying a member when the speech has been scheduled

This is a great idea, and would be a huge help.

This would be a great help.  I'm VPE for two clubs using easy speak.  I have missed adding speeches to the agenda for members that requested speeeches.

It's functionality that we can look at..

However, if you use the shedule_speeches screen and view several meetings and all the members' requested and booked speeches on the one page to plan your speakers several meetings in the future they are not likely to be overlooked surely?
(That may be a new screen since you first started using the system Bill)

...and if you use the Communications Chart regularly to review which members are progressing, who is on target for awards and who seems to be loosing interest and not making speeches this will be the trigger to prompt a member to make a speech or to get that speech booked into a meeting.

The over-arching purpose of the system is to free up the VPE's time and to provide the tools so that they can support and encourage their members in this way.
