How do I know if an email sent via easy-Speak to a member was bounced back because the email address in the easy-Speak member record was incorrect? If I send an email using easy-Speak to a member wih an incorrect email address, the bounce doesn't appear to be forwarded to my email box?

If the mail bounces back to easy-Speak the user's account will be flagged as invalid for e-mail.

This shows to anyone using the system because the e-mail button for that user is marked with a big red 'X' and is disabled.
Mass mail and Meeting e-mail list the intended recipients by language and then lists any where the system was unable to deliver because the e-mail was flagged as invalid or the user does not have an e-mail address identified.

The users are 'nagged' to correct the problem when they log on and taken to their profile screen where they may enter a new e-mail address.

If the e-mail bounce was a temporary problem, a club administrator with the appropriate permissions may use the edit screen for members of their club to change the switch 'Force User To Submit New Email Address' (at the bottom - just above the profile photo box).
