A member recently completed his CC, and sent me a list of speeches not on easy-speak which I uploaded.  I then marked the workbook as completed.  I then tried to be clever and add the evaluators names to his speeches. I deleted the original uploaded speeches, and uploaded them again.  Another workbook has been created, which is not what I want...  I want to "move" these speeches to the completed workbook and delete the old.

That should be easy enough Shaun,

Get a list of the members speeches from the 'wrong' workbook on the screen (e.g. from the Communications progress screen)
Change them by clicking on the title to open the pop-up and use the 'other' workbook.
Delete any manually uploaded speeches which are now duplicates (delete is not possible if the speech was delivered at a meeting - only for spreadsheet uploaded history)

Open the summary screen for the manual that is now empty and you will find an option to delete it

Is there a way to actually unmark a workbook as complete?
