Post Post subject Agenda Role Confirmation Email sent to wrong recipient   Posted 11 May 11, 20:52    Reply with quote

Hello,

I apologize in advance if this has has been dealt with elsewhere as I can find no convenient way to search the forum archives.

I sent out agenda emails #1, 2 & 3 today (May 11, 2011) for next week's (May 18) meeting. One of our members (Beata) who had already indicated her absence from the meeting was sent a role confirmation email (copied below) for a role assigned to a different member (Georgina). What could cause this and how do I prevent it from happening again?

We are the Black Walnut Toastmaster Club (c=245) and the meeting is May 18th (https://easy-speak.org/view_meeting.php?t=19523)

Thank you in advance.

Cheers, Fraser
