I am scheduled to speak at Hornet's Nest which meets on Thursday, July 7th. But it doesn't show up on the Communications Chart of my scheduled speeches. I cannot see the agenda page for Hornet's Nest like I can for Constructive Speakers and Matthews.

Currently your status in Hornets Nest is 'Mailing List' and the speech is not scheduled.

I suggest you contact the VPE and offer to talk them though the process of assigning an external speaker:

[Member detail sent by e-mail]

This member is shown in your club with a status of 'Inactive member'.
That status is marked in your Club Control Panel with a 'No' to the question 'Full member of the club'.
The status is also set not to allow any new roles or speeches.

Since, as far as the system is concerned, he is no longer a member of the club he will not be displayed in any of the club charts.

Two solutions:
IF you are using the 'Inactive Member' status to record FULL members of the club - but those who will not attend regularly you chould change the CCP settings for that status to show that they are still full members, may make speeches and take a meeting role - but will not be allocated a role automatically.

IF he just has the wrong status you should edit his profile to show him as a current member of the club
