Hello Malcolm et al,

How does one assign TM agenda authority to the Contest Chair role? At our club (c=245) we have a Contest Chair role who fulfills all of the TM roles for our contest meetings. As a workaround at our last contest (t=27540), I added the TM role to that agenda and assigned it as well to the Contest Chair. The ideal would be to assign full TM authority to that role and remove the redundant TM role from the agenda.

On a related note, is it possible to allow the Contest Chief Judge to view the assigned Judges while still hiding those names from the club?

Thank you for all of the great work you have done with Easy-Speak.

Cheers, Fraser

And to add another issue on here, is there any way to hide the judges from the IT person who is also a contestant?

This hasn't been an issue for our club...  yet......

Cindy

@Fraser: To give any club member the full set of permission for a meeting (depending on the settings for the club) you only need to make them the Meeting Manager.
It's possible to make the assignment of 'Toastmaster' automatically the Meeting Manager - but you can still do it by hand

@Cindy: Just how complicated would that get? Sometimes a Club officer might be a contestant and sometimes not... the VPE can never compete or you may find that no-one has edit rights on the meeting.... etc etc.
Let's keep a sense of proportion here. At the club level it would be an extraordinary thing if every judge didn't know every competitor and vice-versa.... Outside the Club level it might be a different matter - but the Area|Division|District officers are not allowed to compete anyway so it's not an issue there.
