Inform the meetings toastmaster to enter a theme for next meeting.
Inform the grammarian to choose the word of the day.
Look at the way that meeting roles are set up in the Club Control Panel.
Specifically the field 'Role Comment sent on e-mail' and you will see how to do this already.
inform each speaker to enter speech title and project number.
This is already included in the meeting e-mail sent to anyone with a 'Speaking' role where the title has not beeen entered
These three email should give the possibility to set up an auntomated alerte for a certain time interval, say 12 hours or 24 hours)
A basic philosopy of easy-Speak is that it is designed to help the VPE and other club officers to run their club well but that every action will be under the control of a human and the system will never run away with you (by sending repeated e-mail for example)
If your club members ignore the messages that are sent to them there is an issue to be addressed - but spamming them with more e-mail is not the solution
