For West Rand Toastmasters, on the Club Control panel, I tried to set it to allow Visitors to speak on the agenda.

Getting the error message: "The status used for Visitors and Mailing List cannot be a full member, or allowed to take any meeting role and MUST be visible on the userlist" when I tried to save this.

I am confused as I was allowed to does this for Bacon & Egg before.

The 'Visitor' status is there to keep track of people who come along to a meeting who you may want to follow up and encourage to become members. Normally the VPM manages this process 'Visitor' to 'Member' or to 'Mailing List' if they are no longer a hot prospect.

Your 'Visitors' will surely be other local Toastmasters - the correct system status will be 'Visiting Speaker' whatever is set up for the club.

In the past some clubs dug big holes for themselves by creating illogical data in the member status - which is why we added the validation.
