There is a photo gallery set up for each Club, Area, Division on the system. There are also several photo album available for the District.
For the sake of simplicity I shall simply say 'club' for the rest of this article - but the same applies to all of them.
All photographs are visible to the public (ie you don't need to be a member of the club or even logged in to the system to look at the photographs). A description of the photograph will be displayed if you hover over it with your cursor and the photo will display full size in a new screen if you click on it.
Members of each club may upload additional photographs to their club's photo album by clicking on the 'Upload pic' button that is visible when you are looking at your club's gallery. If the button is not visible, check that you are logged in correctly (your user name will show top right of the screen) or, failing this, contact the the nominated IT support for your club.
Photographs must be no bigger than the size shown on the upload screen and must either be of a file type 'jpg', 'png' or 'gif'.
If your photograph is larger than this you will need to use photo-editing software on your PC to reduce the image size below the allowable maximum.
You will receive a confirmation message when the file has been uploaded successfully.
There is a maximum number of pictures that each member may upload and an overall limit for each club.
Club moderators may edit descriptions and delete old photographs that are no longer required.
For obvious reasons new photographs will not be made immediately visible to the public - they must first be approved by one of the club moderators or the system supervisor.
The nominated moderator for your club will receive a system generated e-mail to advise them that there is a new picture to approve.
