An essential tool for the Vice Presidents of Membership and Education, this online form makes the job of keeping up to date with your members aspirations easy.
The default questions in the Member Survey form are taken from three Toastmaster International forms: the New Member Profile Sheet, the Member Interest Survey, and Club Survey (found in the back of the CC Manuals).
Clubs can tailor the questions that are displayed on the form from the Club Control Panel (Member Survey).
Questions can be added, or can be hidden, so that they do not appear.

Members can update their interests at any time from the My Participation menu.
Results are stored by Calendar quarter only the last survey taken from each member in the quarter is kept.
Club officers who have been granted permission to the Member Survey can view the results from the This Club menu.
The previous four quarters of results are viewable.

When this feature is turned on, an additional column is displayed on the Mentor Chart indicating the current level of interest that the member has in mentoring.

To enable this feature,
Select Yes to the question Use Member Survey? in the Club Setup section of the Club Control Panel, and
Grant your Officers permission to the Member Survey from Club Officers section of the Club Control Panel.
