Member Education

Beginning in August 2019, we will learn more about Pathways, Easy-Speak, New Member Mentoring, and much more!

Win a Zoo Friends Membership!

Your Express Masters Officers will be giving one lucky club member a family membership to the OKC Zoo, compliments of the Express Philanthropic Committee. Valued at $90, a Zoo Pass includes year-long admission for 2 adults and up to 5 children, plus some additional perks!

TO QUALIFY: July 1 through October 1, you must complete all aspects of a Toastmasters Level – both the required number of speeches and online Pathways curriculum. For each level you complete, your name will be entered to win in our drawing. Complete two levels? Get two entries!

New to Pathways or not sure what you need to complete your current level? Contact our Vice President of Education, Megan Sackett.

Officer Training

Come join us August 13th from 12PM-1:30PM and learn the duties and responsibilities of officers. Lunch will be provided!

Easy-Speak and Toastmasters International are Different Sites!?!

Did you know that Easy-Speak and Toastmasters.org are two different sites? Learn the difference in our upcoming training meeting on August 20th, 2019!

Sign Up for a Meeting Role

Whether it’s Speaker, Toastmaster, Grammarian, or Timekeeper, if there’s a role you want to perform in an upcoming meeting, let us know! Feel free to contact our Vice President of Education, Megan Sackett, if you have any questions.

The Toastmasters Mission
A statement of shared values

Every Toastmasters club shares the same mission, clearly defined in the following mission statement:

We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater selfconfidence and personal growth.

Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club's purpose, and the organization as a whole benefits from a shared set of values and goals.
