About Our Club

Public speaking skill is not something you are born with. It is something you develop. Public speaking skills are teachable and coachable. There are only three rules to becoming a good communicator:

  1. Practice
  2. Practice
  3. Practice

The main challenge is getting an audience to practice with. At Rich-Del Toastmasters, you have that audience. An audience who welcomes you in the beginning with all your mistakes. An audience who encourages you to do things better one step at a time. An audience who helps you take your public speaking skills all the way to the top.

In fact, Rich-Del Toastmasters is a non-profit organization, where people in the community gather together to practice their communication and leadership skills. We are here to experience success - together. Come visit us for free as a guest!

Guests are free and encouraged to attend any time!

The Toastmasters Mission
A statement of shared values

Every Toastmasters club shares the same mission, clearly defined in the following mission statement:

We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club's purpose, and the organization as a whole benefits from a shared set of values and goals.
