Founded in 1993, Four Seasons Toastmasters Club is a group of diverse people working together. We help each other develop communication skills (particularly public speaking skills) and leadership skills.
We try to have a bit of fun along the way.
You won’t find a more laid-back, relaxed, supportive group of individuals. Our sole purpose is to help each other...and you if you care to join us! We're very welcoming to newcomers.
How does Toastmasters work?
We use Toastmasters materials to craft presentations/speeches that we present to each other. A key part of our success is the supportive feedback we receive from each other. In addition to speeches, we also give our members the opportunity to hone impromptu speaking skills.
It makes no difference if you’re a novice speaker wanting to gain self-confidence, or a professional speaker wanting to stay in top form. We exist to help you.
Why not stop by and check out one of our meetings? Visiting as a guest is always FREE. You will not be pressured to join. You won’t have to participate in the meeting (unless you want to) beyond introducing yourself (and even that's optional).
If you do decide to join, the cost of membership is $49 every six months, plus a $20 one-time fee for materials. Many local employers reimburse the cost of Toastmasters membership.
