About Our Club
We are a President's Distinguished Club, the highest standard for a Toastmasters Club. We are a very fun group! We have a more relaxed atmosphere than many clubs, yet we do try to keep a polished, professional demeanor as part of our regular agenda. We are a community club and have members who come from all walks of life with different goals and backgrounds. In fact, cultural diversity is a very big part of our club makeup.
Each year, we strive to better our club programs to exceed our previous goals and this year is no different. In 2014, we were recognized as a Select Distinguished club and for 2015, we advanced to President's Distinguished Club. One of the key reasons we believe we produce great results is due the members as well as the leaders who formulate a plan to get us there. We recognize that strategic improvement must be sought out by the leaders but it can only be accomplished when all members commit to the plan, thus resulting in the advancement of the club as a whole.
We strongly believe in providing a friendly atmosphere for everybody to learn by way of fostering constructive feedback and partnering with another member within our Mentoring Program. |

The Toastmasters Mission A statement of shared values
Every Toastmasters club shares the same mission, clearly defined in the following mission statement:
We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club's purpose, and the organization as a whole benefits from a shared set of values and goals.
