What an important job is to be seating at the back of the room ringing a bell every time someone uses a filler word. Not only we are reminding the speaker that they are continuing to speak after they stop thinking, but we are bringing awareness into a bad habit that even the best speakers do not realize that they have.

The Ah counter is the chief of the "Word Police" He or she will identify filler words, connector or tying words as well as a favorite or pet words.

Some speakers will have a false start repeating the first word or phrase of their speech 2 or 3 times before actually continuing...

I have included the section on How you say it in this post and i encourage you to read the whole document. I learned so much by reading it.
