Online Meeting Etiquette

Volunteers are needed at each meeting for these roles:
A Logistics Manager - the equivalent in a physical meeting is the SAA. This role involves getting online early, greeting members as they come online and doing a basic equipment check of video and audio and explains the etiquette for first time attendees.* At this meeting, the Toastmaster will fill this role.
A Chat Monitor - this person keeps an eye on the chat, answers questions if possible and alerts us to any difficulties a member might be having online. I'll ask for...

I want to thank everyone for a fabulous meeting last night - it was such an honour to be Toastmaster for this particular meeting. I'm so glad I had the chance to be present while Jenny Walters achieved her Competent Communicator, by delivering speech #10 - Seeds of Happiness. What a fantastic speech and coincidentally tied into the meeting theme - Every Day is a Second Chance!
