Donegal Insurance Group Toastmasters is a corporate program open to employees of the Donegal Insurance Group. We welcome any employee that wants to improve their speaking or leadership skills. If you are curious about what we do, please visit our next session and ask us about Pathways!
Sessoions are held from 12:05pm - 12:55pm in the large meeting room of the Training Center on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month when Donegal is open.

The Club would like to recognize our memebers' accomplishments inside and outside of the club setting! Beginning at our first July meeting, we will start with a short session at the beginning of the meeting called "New and Good". Members will be invited to share any personal successes that they have recently reached with the group. These could include but not be limited to, finish education for a designation, a recent promotion, a child graduating school or hitting the honor roll, an egagement, or any other appropriate personal "win" you want to share! We look forward to hearing what everyone has to say!

A statement of shared values
Every Toastmasters club shares the same mission, clearly defined in the following mission statement:
We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club's purpose, and the organization as a whole benefits from a shared set of values and goals.
