Purpose
The club instructions are intended to provide some guidance on how meeting roles are to be performed at the High Noon Nelson club and how to use EasySpeak. There are no hard and fast rules at High Noon on how roles ‘have’ to be done. We encourage fun, variety and a supportive learning environment. Please take this guide as an indication of how to perform the roles until you are comfortable to develop your own approach.
There main parts of this guide are:
EasySpeak
EasySpeak is an online system the club uses to manage the club including meeting attendance, allocating roles and member information. EasySpeak stores records of every role a club member has performed and every speech they have done. It also stores member information, mentor lists and creates various progress charts. It is a very helpful and beneficial tool, but does not replace the need for members to contact other members directly to confirm they have what they need to complete their roles and to get information for introductions and evaluations. Our club instructions include information on how to use EasySpeak and there are more instructional information at the links below.
