Are you being mentored? If not, we can make sure you get one.

Would you like to be a mentor? It's a great way to reinforce what you've learned as a Toastmaster while helping someone else achieve his/her goals.

Are you already a mentor? Wonderful! Let's make sure you get the credit for your Competent Leader, Advanced Communicator Gold, or Pathways Mentoring Program Awards.

If you have any questions about the mentoring program or would like to be involved as either a mentor or mentee, please let Reed Stoddard, our current Vice-President Education (VPE) know by text or e-mail.

1. The VPE (Reed) will either assign a Toastmaster for each meeting or ask for a volunteer to take it on at least a week prior to the next meeting; at the preceeding club meeting would be ideal.

2. The TOASTMASTER for each meeting will be responsible for getting all of the meeting roles filled by 9:00 PM the Friday night before each meeting so they can print out full agendas that night. If you're scheduled to be the Toastmaster, and something comes up to where you can't make the meeting, YOU will be responsible for finding someone to replace you as Toastmaster of the meeting.

3. All other role players for each meeting need to let someone know if you're going to be late to the meeting or if you can't make it before the meeting so that we can arrange to have all roles filled prior to banging the gavel to start each meeting. We started a Telegram group for the club so you can use that to let us know you can't make the meeting at the last minute; download the app and search for Saturnforge who is Jeff, and he will get you added in!

4. The meeting room needs to be set up by 10:00 AM to allow 15 minutes to fill meeting roles if anyone drops out at the last minute and the greeter at the bottom of the stairs sufficient time to escort guests to the room as well. So we do need some of you willing to come early enough to help with that.

5. Everyone is to wear a name tag so guests can see who everyone is. Steve will be making name tags for guests we know that are coming ahead of time, so please let him know your guest(s) name(s) so we can present them with their name tage when they arrive to the meeting. We will have blank name tags for unknown guests to put their names on. Members either look for your preprinted name tags on one of the tables or get them out of the box if you don't already have one from TI for a district office you may have held at one time.

6. Lunch out as a club will occur after every club meeting if enough people are willing and wanting to go; guests and visitors must be encouraged to join us!

7. Club Officer meetings will occur the 2nd Saturday of each month either in person or on Zoom/Skype/Google Hangouts.
