Feedback is how we find out blind spots

The tech sector often overlooks the power of using personal stories to build culture and clarify brands. The ability to tell a moving story can impact a leader's ability to get team members to answer a call to action. Using a pro tips like vocal variety will drastically increase your ability to use a story to deliver inspiring messages.

How to effectively introduce yourself

Introduction is an art form and as Toastmasters, we have many opportunities through our Toastmaster journey to introduce ourself and reintroduce ourself with each new path. As we work on perfecting our messaging, timing, and connection with the audience, its really amazing to see how a personal introduction changes over time. My good friend and fellow Toastmaster, said a really good speech is like clay being molded.
