easy-Speak Software updates

There have been several new features added to easy-Speak recently:

An option in the Club control Panel to display the last 3 years DCP results on the club's directory page and the most recent year on the top of the printed agenda.
Information is extracted automatically from toastmasters.org each night (Thanks to George Marshall for that)

A new web-part available for clubs to add to their portal pages  which will display up to ten years results in the Distinguished Club Plan

An option when adding a meeting location to define the new location as 'virtual' - that is existing in cyberspace without a physical address.
When selected, this location asks for information on the communications software that will be used and allows addition of a specific meeting reference number for each meeting.
This option will be useful for Online clubs and also for Tele-conference meetings of executive committees.

Image uploading of various kinds (Club logo, Members' Profile image, Photo Gallery) is now resized as part of the upload so the user does not need to be concerned with the size of the original image (within reason!)

Meta content options were also added to the Club Control Panel to enable web analytics for those clubs that wish to do this.

We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club's purpose, and the organization as a whole benefits from a shared set of values and goals.
