Other highlights include an interesting arrangement of pygmy cupboards with a striking hessian-style veneer, coupled with intriguingly greige-coloured worktops, splashbacks and a 'breakfast bar' constructed from wonky, germ-harbouring 'rustica' ceramic tiles.

'Time Enough for Tears' is the work of Bono and punk traitor Gavin Friday but fits seamlessly into the weave of the Corrs' greige cloth; Ladysmith Black Mambazo turn up on the title track, but the Afro-Celt fusion still sounds like something cooked up by a tourist board.
